When visiting Apéroof, visitors are subject to the following house rules:

Apéroof reserves the right to deny anyone access to the event at any time.

Apéroof reserves the right to change the house rules and terms and conditions at any time.

Apéroof reserves the right to register visitors at the location of the event, on both image and sound carriers. These recordings can be used by the organization without owing any compensation (in the form of money or other matters) to the visitors concerned.

Apéroof will not tolerate threats, abuse, discrimination, sexual harassment and other nuisance and/or offensive behaviour.

The minimum age to visit Apéroof is 18 years. Visitors have to be in possession of a valid ID, which they have to show on first demand. If you are not yet 18 years old or are unable to show a valid ID, you may be refused entry.

Visitors of Apéroof must be properly dressed. Wearing a football shirt, any other team or group associated clothing and/or discriminatory clothing is not allowed.

Apéroof reserves the right to refuse / deny (further) access to visitors in a drunken state and/or under the influence of narcotics.

Apéroof will search visitors pre-emptively and check their (hand) bags to ensure the safety of her visitors. Possession of glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, flammable materials or liquids, drugs, (fire) arms and/or other dangerous or prohibited items or substances, food, (alcoholic) drinks and/or pets are not allowed.

Weapons are strictly forbidden. Be sensible and leave all items at home that could be seen as weapons. Items that can be used as weapons are confiscated.

The possession or dealing of (hard & soft) drugs is prohibited at Apéroof. If there is any evidence of overt use and/or possession, confiscation of the drugs will follow and/or the offender and the drugs will be handed over to the police.

Visitors of Apéroof enter the events at their own risk. Apéroof takes no responsibility for any damages on any grounds whatsoever, which directly or indirectly arise out of acts or omissions of Apéroof, persons in its service, other persons who are working at the event, or third parties during or in connection with the stay at the event, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence by Apéroof;

Smoking is not permitted in the tents.

It is not allowed to urinate outside of the designated restrooms.

It is not allowed to hand out promotional materials (Posters / flyers / stickers etc.) without written permission from Apéroof.

It is not allowed to make professional audio or video recordings without written permission from Apéroof.

We kindly ask you to take care of the nature and the neighborhood around Apéroof and to not cause any disturbances or littering.

Glasses / cups are not allowed to be taken outside the event area.

Bought coupons for consumptions, either physical or digital, can not be refunded for money. Furthermore, Apéroof reserves the right not to transfer coupons for consumptions to future events.

Apéroof reserves the right to cancel or stop the event at any time.

Purchased tickets, cannot be refunded for money, even if the event is canceled.

If, for whatever reason, the event is canceled, and Apéroof decides to refund purchased tickets, Apéroof will subtract any transaction fees from the original ticket price.

Sound systems, other than those of the organization itself, are not allowed around the festival site.

Visitors are held to follow instructions, regulations and/or directions of (security) staff of Apéroof at all times.

Persons who misbehave in any way on and around the festival site will be immediately removed from the site.
